Can I change the personalisation to something bespoke on my item?
On many of our items we can accommodate bespoke requests so please email info@thestudiokeepsakes.com or contact us via whatsapp on 07837 711165 with your request.
I would like to order a large number of items, is there a discount for a bulk order?
Yes, there would be, please contact us with any requests on info@thestudiokeepsakes.com or via the contact’s page.
Do you do corporate orders?
Yes, we have a number of corporate customers for our personalised gifts, please email info@thestudiokeepsakes.com or contact us via the WhatsApp link on 07837 711165 with your request.
Can I send an order directly to the recipient?
Yes you can, send all relevant details via info@thestudiokeepsakes.com or via our contacts page.
My message won’t fit in the character limits in the personalisation?
Many of our products are limited to maximum characters either due to the shape of the item or the space provided. However, it is always worth asking as we can amend some designs to accommodate.
Can I make a change to my Order?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
There is a chance that your order is in production, contact us and we will do our best to make any changes if the order has not yet been processed.
Postage and Packing
All our products are packed and posted using recycled and recyclable materials.
We endeavour to have your order with you within 10 working days.
Most of our products are delivered using Royal mail, Tracked 48 or second-class post.
How do I report a damaged item?
Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order, attached with photographic proof via the contact’s page.
